Your unforgetable Florida adventure begins at this spacipous 6-bedroom house. Located centrally in Palm Coast, you are just minutes from Flagler Beach and a short drive from the historic sights of St. Augustine & Daytona Beach.

This downstairs room features a king sized bed. It has 2 dressers, a large closet space. A bathroom ensuite with a shower and toilet. This room also has a small tv & Roku stick.

When you walk in our home, our Living Room is to the right. This room features three comfy leather sofas in the center of the room with a coffee table, 2 end tables and a rug. We have a long couch, a love seat and a single lounger. There is also another oversized comfortable leather chair to relax in the back right of the living room. To the left of the entryway, there is a hallway that leads to a full bathroom with a shower / tub combination on the left side of the hallway and our three downstairs bedrooms on the right side of the hallway. Our first dining room is located about 20 FT from the front entryway. It has 6 chairs and there is a kitchen entrance on the right.

Get cozy with your crew in our large TV room.

Our Pool room features a Premium Pool table in the center of the room. To the right, there is a love seat sitting area, and a small TV. The stairs leading to three of our bedrooms is in the far back of the Pool Room. There is also a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo near the bottom of the stairs.

Rack em up and have fun with the flock playing Pool on our premium Pool table.

Our Coffee & Tea room is between our two dining room tables and off the kitchen. It features a coffee bar, seating for two, and several board games.

Enjoy the stocked coffee bar & relax in the tea lounge.

Our kitchen shares space with one of our dining room tables, four chairs and a bar stool. The kitchen has two access points, from the Living Room & the Coffee & Tea Room.

Use our fully equipped kitchen, then gather at our two dining tables to eat.

The Festive Flamingo holds a truly special place in our hearts. This house was originally our grandmother's home, a vibrant space where our own family gathered for years to share laughter, meals and unforgettable holidays.

We knew we wanted to keep that incredible energy alive rather than letting it go. So we took a chance and purchased the property. We poured everything we've got into it.

We want to be real with you: the Festive Flamingo is a beloved-family home, not a sterile, corporate-owned property. It might not be polished just yet, but we are doing the best we can with what we've got right now.

Every single booking directly helps us fund our dream. We look forward to updating the space piece by piece as we grow together.

In the meantime, we promise a clean, incrediably spacious and comfortable home filled with genuine peace, love, unit & respect.
